Welcome!
No matter what brought you here you are already making difficult decisions about navigating your life in a different direction. Whether you have engaged in counseling in the past, or this is your first time you are taking a vulnerable and courageous step toward change.
Counseling, Consultation and Connection

You are not alone, it is hard and scary to ask for help. This is a huge transition in life whether it is your first child or if you are adding a new child to your family.
Unfortunately, perinatal mood disorders and birth trauma are often minimized or confused with “the baby blues” or moms will blame themselves, wonder if there is something wrong with them, or even have thoughts that scare them. With help you can feel better.
Babies are welcome in session!

Are you struggling to feel satisfied or content in your life? Do you experience deep hurt and pain from past trauma? Is being a new parent causing anxiety or hopelessness which feels overwhelming? Many of us continue to carry wounds and burdens from our childhoods, from trauma or from hard transitions which may cast shadows onto our lives. These shadows can impact relationships, parenting, work, creativity and well being. Often trauma and pain rob us of inner peace and connection to our friends and loved ones. Shame can keep us hidden and isolated. You are not alone.
You will find our conversations to be compassionate, deliberate and always honoring your strengths, culture and experience.
